Return the Item: Once your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions. You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you're requesting an exchange for a different size or color (and it's in stock), we’ll process the replacement after receiving the original item.
If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.
